Perdana Botanical Garden, formerly known as Taman Tasik Perdana is located in Kuala Lumpur Heritage Park covers 225 acres. It has always been part of the green areas in the city and has a history of more than a decade. Originally created as part of a leisure park but planted with a collection of tropical plants, the garden has been restored and turned into a Botanical Garden. The park is not only a collection of botany but also friendly features that give visitors the atmosphere of being in a tropical rain forest, even in the midst of a bustling metropolis.

3. Taman Metropolitan Kepong

Taman Metropolitan Kepong is a one leisure place that Travelibur recommend for your leisure and family activities. An area of approximately 220 acres, is one of the largest recreational park in Kuala Lumpur. Therefore, Taman Metropolitan Kepong is often used as a recreation of the citizens and residents around Selayang, Batu Cave, Jalan Ipoh and cartilage.

Taman Tasik Metropolitan features a jogging track, cycling track, children's playground, soccer fields, a workout area and a wide field for kite flying. Each day, the evening plus-plus again on Saturday and Sunday, the park will be filled with visitors who to play and fly kites.

4. Taman Tasik Permaisuri

Queens Lake Park started as a regular garden or flower gardens in the 1980s and has since grown into a full recreational park. The park is increasingly becoming the focus on each evening and on Saturday and Sunday morning. Many who come here to jog, practicing tai-chi and relaxation.

Parks lake is now surrounded by residential areas and building high and growing like Bandar Sri Permaisuri and Bandar Tun Razak. This park was declared opened by the Queen Tuanku Bainun in 1989.

This lake park location is easy for you to find. It is located adjacent to the Kuala Lumpur Football Stadium and roads leading to Bandar Sri Permaisuri.





5. Kuala Lumpur City Centre Park (KLCC Park)

This park covers an area of 50 acres of tropical landscape in the middle of KLCC building that provides shelter to the green in the middle of the city center. KLCC Park is a public park reflects tropical greenery, bright colors and patterns of cultural heritage.

Approximately 1,900 native trees and palms were planted, representing 74 species to promote bio-diversity in the garden area. Of these, about 40 trees have been preserved and transferred from the former Selangor Turf Club.

Another interesting feature of the park is Lake Symphony. Situated on the esplanade outside Suria KLCC, Lake Symphony programmed to provide 150 magical dramatic animation. The total effect is a gregarious mood and light.
